Canned Sardines in Olive Oil Recipe Ingredients:- 8 canned Sardines in Olive Oil - boned, skinned
- 8oz Ricotta Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley - chopped
- 2 tablespoons Capers - rinsed, drained
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest

Canned Sardines in Olive Oil Recipe Instructions:Drain oil from sardines and remove tails. Combine sardines with remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until a coarse spread forms. Serve with bread or crisp crackers.
