Canned Sardines Recipe Ingredients:- 5½oz canned Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 1oz Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon sliced Garlic
- 1/2 lb Pasta
- Pepper - to taste
- Hot Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dried Parsley - to taste
- 7oz Plum Tomatoes - discard juice
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 3 - 4

Canned Sardines Recipe Instructions:Cook pasta according to packet instruction. 5 min before the pasta is done start to make the sauce.
For The Sauce: Empty sardines into a frying pan, heat at medium. Crush the sardines into a sauce. Add in whole plum tomatoes and crush them into the sauce. Add oil, garlic bring to a boil, add in spices to taste. Serve atop the pasta.
