Curry Fried Sardines Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Large can Sardine
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
- 1 Red Chilly - chopped
- 1 Lemon Grass - crushed
- 2 Large Tomatoes
- 6 Okra - cut half
- 1 teaspoon Fish Spice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Fennel
- 2 teaspoons Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Curry Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste - mixed with 3 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
