Grilled Sardines Recipe Ingredients:- 24 Whole Fresh Sardine - cleaned
- 1 cup Kosher Salt
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Lemon - for garnish

Grilled Sardines Recipe Instructions:Preheat the barbeque to high. Line a baking dish with half the salt. Lay the sardines on top of it and cover them with the remaining salt. Allow them to cure for at least 30 minutes. Rinse the salt off the sardines and oil the grill. Blot the water from the sardines and brush them with oil. Put them directly on the hot grill and cook until their skins are slightly charred, about 4 minutes per side. Remove the fish from the grill and serve on a large platter. Drizzle the fish with the finest quality olive oil and black pepper. Serve with crusty bread.
