Hot Cajun Sardines Recipe

Hot Cajun Sardines Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Sardines - cleaned, heads removed
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Spice Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon Wedges - to garnish


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Hot Cajun Sardines Recipe Instructions:

  • Mix the Cajun spices with the crushed pepper flakes.
     

  • Sprinkle the lemon juice over the sardines. Season with salt to your taste.

    Sprinkle the spice mixture on the sardines.
     

  • Cook on a hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
     

  • Squeeze lemon wedges over sardines.
