Pan Fried Fresh Sardines Recipe

Pan Fried Fresh Sardines Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6 Whole Fresh Sardines
  • Olive Oil
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • chopped Parsley Leaves - for garnish
  • Lemon Wedges - to serve


Time: 15 min
Serves: 2

Pan Fried Fresh Sardines Recipe Instructions:

  • Heat the oil in a shallow pan.
     

  • Season the sardines with salt and pepper.
     

  • Dredge sardines in the flour, shaking off the excess and place them in the hot oil to fry.
     

  • Turn the sardines over and fry on the other side. Drain on paper towels.
     

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
