Baked Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Baked Chilean Sea Bass Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6 Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
  • 5 Garlic Cloves - chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 3 teaspoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1¾ cups Black Olives - pitted, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: 30 min
Serves: 6

Baked Chilean Sea Bass Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
     

  • Combine the garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and olives together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Place olive oil into a 13×9 baking dish and put in the oven to heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread the olive mixture around the baking dish.
     

  • Place the Chilean Sea Bass Fillets on the top and pour the white wine over the top.
     

  • Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
