Caribbean Sea Bass with Mango Salsa Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Skinless Sea Bass Fillets about 4oz each, 1" thick
- 1 teaspoon Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray - as needed
- 1 Ripe Mango - peeled, pitted, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon minced Fresh Jalapeno Pepper

Caribbean Sea Bass with Mango Salsa Recipe Instructions:Prepare grill. Sprinkle fish with seasoning; coat lightly with cooking spray. Grill fish over medium coals for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, combine mango, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno pepper; mix well. Serve over fish.
