Pan Seared Sea Bass Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Sea Bass Fillets - skin removed
- Olive Oil
- White Pepper
- Salt
- 4 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- Parsley - for garnish

Pan Seared Sea Bass Recipe Instructions:Add oil to hot skillet. Season fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon zest; sear until brown on both sides. Remove place in oven until done. Remove to serving platters and top each with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice then garnish with parsley.
