Recipe Sea Bass Crab Ingredients:- 300g Chilean Sea Bass
- 50g Crabmeat
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- White Wine
- Lemon Juice
- 250 ml Crème Fraîche
- Olive Oil

Recipe Sea Bass Crab Instructions:Wash the fish; open it up lengthwise and stuff with crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper to your taste brush with oil. Heat a skillet, cook over medium heat on both sides until the skin is browned then add the white wine and turn off the heat. In a saucepan, heat the crème fraîche and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Serve the whole fish on a platter with the sauce on the side.
