Baked Swordfish Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Swordfish Steak
- 1 Clove Garlic - chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 Size Onion - chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato - chopped
- 1˝ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cooking White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- White Rice - for 2 people

Baked Swordfish Recipe Instructions:Rinse swordfish with cold water then pat dry. Sprinkle with pepper. Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Add butter and place over medium heat until butter melts. Add fish to skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Place in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Wipe skillet with a paper towel and coat with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic sauté until tender. Add tomato, wine, Worcestershire sauce, water and salt. Remove from heat and spoon mixture over steaks. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until steaks flake easily when tested with a fork. Serve with white rice.
