Free Simple Recipe for Cooking Trout

Free Simple Recipe for Cooking Trout Ingredients:
  • 1 Rainbow Trout
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Lemon Juice - to taste
  • 3oz Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Water
  • 2 Spring Onions - chopped
  • 2 Lemon Wedges - for garnish


Time: 22 min
Serves: 2

Free Simple Recipe for Cooking Trout Instructions:

  • Season the inside and outside of the trout with pepper, salt and lemon juice to taste then grill it on both sides for 5-10 minutes until flaky.
     

  • Add the ginger to melted butter and cook for 5 minutes. When it starts to boil, add the soy sauce and stir in enough water to bring sauce to desired consistency.
     

  • Add the onions to the sauce and pour over cooked fish.
     

  • Serve and garnish with lemon wedges.
