Garlic and Thyme Grilled Trout Recipe

Garlic and Thyme Grilled Trout Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Whole Trout - gutted
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - sliced
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped Thyme
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • 50g Flaked Almonds


Time: 25 min
Serves: 4

Garlic and Thyme Grilled Trout Recipe Instructions:

  • Cut several slits in the fish and press in the sliced garlic then put fish on a grill pan.
     

  • Combine the butter, thyme and seasoning then arrange half over the fish and put under a preheated moderate grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turn fish occasionally.
     

  • Whilst cooking use the remaining butter to dot the fish.
     

  • Arrange almonds over fish and place back under grill for a further 1 to 2 minutes until browned.
