Grilled Trout Recipe

Grilled Trout Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 lb Rainbow Trout Fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup French Salad Dressing
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste


Time: 25 min
Serves: 6

Grilled Trout Recipe Instructions:

  • Place the trout on heavy aluminum foil.
     

  • Dot with butter then squeeze the lemon over the fish. Cover with salad dressing and add salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Wrap foil around the fish sealing it tightly and place on a hot grill, side of a fire or in a 350ºF preheated oven.
     

  • Cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness of fish, until flaky.
     

  • Remove from the foil package and serve.
