Pan Fried Trout Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Whole Trout - about 12oz each, cleaned with tails and heads on
- 60g All Purpose Flour
- 60g Cornmeal
- 0.2g Cayenne Pepper
- 6g Salt
- 2g Ground Black Pepper
- 45ml Olive Oil
- 2 Lemons, cut into wedges - for garnish

Pan Fried Trout Recipe Instructions:Remove gills from fish and rinse under cold water. Heat oil over a medium head in a large skillet. Put the flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Raise heat to high. Dredge fish in flour mixture and fry in hot oil for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat flakes with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
