Paper Wrapped Trout Recipe

Paper Wrapped Trout Recipe Ingredients:
  • Trout
  • Newspaper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • A bucket of Water


Time: 45 min
Serves: 2

Paper Wrapped Trout Recipe Instructions:

  • Gut the trout and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place a slice or two of lemon in the cavity.
     

  • Wrap up the fish using newspaper, dip in water so that it's completely soaked and place it on the grill.
     

  • Check if done after 25 to 30 minutes by peeling back the paper. The eyes should appear milky white and the skin should come away with the paper.
