Rainbow Trout Recipe

Rainbow Trout Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 Trout - cleaned, ready to cook
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes


Time: 1 hour
30 min
Serves: 2

Rainbow Trout Recipe Instructions:

  • Slit both sides of trout and place in a baking dish.
     

  • Mix lemon juice, oil, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper together then stir in parsley flakes.
     

  • Pour mixture over fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour turning once.
     

  • Cook fish on greased grill over hot charcoal.
     

  • Reserve marinade.
     

  • Grill fish for 10 minutes until the fish flakes with turning a fork once and brushing with marinade.
