Recipe Baked Trout |
Recipe Baked Trout Ingredients:- 6 Trout - about 8oz each
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1 cup Chardonnay Blanc Wine
- 2 tablespoons Italian Parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped Green Onion
- 2 ablespoons Dry Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted Butter

Recipe Baked Trout Instructions:Wash trout and pat dry. Rub lemon juice over outside of trout and season with salt to taste. Spread crushed garlic on a buttered baking dish, place trout on top and cover in wine. Season with parsley, green onion, and bread crumbs spooning the melted butter over the top. Place in oven for 20 minutes at 400F (200c) degrees .
