Salmon Trout Stuffed with Rice Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Salmon Trout - about 2kg, cleaned
- 2 Lemons
Rice Stuffing Ingredients: - 45g Butter
- 1/2 cup Green Onions - sliced
- 2 cups Boiled Rice
- 1/3 cup freshly chopped Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper - to taste

Salmon Trout Stuffed with Rice Recipe Instructions:Wash salmon trout and dry inside and outside. Thinly slice 1 lemon and arrange half of the slices inside the salmon trout and top with stuffing and remaining slices of lemon. Cut a large sheet of thick foil and grease. Place salmon trout on foil and wrap it, sealing it tightly. Place in oven at 450°F (230°C), 10 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) trout thickness until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan then heat green onion slice to soften for 3 to 4 minutes then remove pan from heat. Add in boiled rice, thyme, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with lemon wedges.
