Smoked Trout and Kiwi Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients:- 227g pack Scotch Smoked Salmon Trout
- 1 Red Apple - cored, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Soured Cream
- 3 Kiwi fruit - peeled, sliced
- 50g Toasted Flaked Almonds
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped Mint
- Salt - to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Watercress - to garnish

Smoked Trout and Kiwi Fruit Salad Recipe Instructions:Cut the trout into small pieces and place in a bowl with kiwifruit, apple, almonds, mint, soured cream and seasoning to taste. Mix together well. Serve and garnish with watercress.
