Smoked Trout Salad Recipe

Smoked Trout Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Smoked Trout - skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1 Shallot - diced
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper - to taste


Time: 10 min
Serves: 3

Smoked Trout Salad Recipe Instructions:

  • Break smoked trout into small piece and put in a mixing bowl then add chives, shallot, mayonnaise and lemon juice mixing them well.
     

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
