Trout and Sour Cream Recipe

Trout and Sour Cream Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Fresh Trout
  • 1oz Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: 22 min
Serves: 1

Trout and Sour Cream Recipe Instructions:

  • Gutted and scaled but not split.
     

  • Melt the butter until it foams then add in the fish browning swiftly and turning once.
     

  • Pour the sour cream and water around them then add salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Allow the fish simmer for 10 minutes.
