Trout Baked in Wine Recipe

Trout Baked in Wine Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Rainbow Trout -about 2½ lb
  • 2 cups White Wine
  • 2 pinch Mixed Herbs

Trout Baked in Wine Recipe Instructions:
  • Gut and scale the fish if not already cleaned then cut it in half the long way.
     

  • Place in a baking dish and cover thinly with white wine.
     

  • Sprinkle with herbs and garlic to taste.
     

  • Cook for 30 minutes at 350 F.
