Trout Fillet Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Trout Fillets
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Paprika
|  Time: 30 min Serves: 4

Trout Fillet Recipe Instructions:Put trout in a greased shallow baking dish. Mix the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt together in a small bowl. Arrange the mixture over the trout and season with paprika to taste. Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-25 minutes, test to check the fish flakes nicely with a fork.
