Trout Fillet Recipe

Trout Fillet Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Trout Fillets
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Paprika

Trout Fillet Recipe Instructions:
  • Put trout in a greased shallow baking dish.
     

  • Mix the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt together in a small bowl.
     

  • Arrange the mixture over the trout and season with paprika to taste.
     

  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 20-25 minutes, test to check the fish flakes nicely with a fork.
