Trout Stuffed with Shellfish Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Trout
- 6 Scallops - finely diced
- 4 Shrimps - finely diced
- 2oz Lobster Meat - finely diced
- 2oz Crab Meat - finely diced
- 4oz Fresh Mushrooms - finely diced
- melted Butter
- 2 Shallots - minced
- 1/2oz Cognac
- Flour
- Oil

Trout Stuffed with Shellfish Recipe Instructions:Through the inside of trout's, carefully remove spinal bones with a small knife. In melted butter flambé with cognac brown together scallops, shrimps, lobster meat, crab meat, mushroom dices and minced shallots then stuff trout's with the mixture. Sew-up trout's with a needle and string. Flour and then brown trout's in hot oil. Place trout's in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
