Trout with Garlic and Rosemary Recipe

Trout with Garlic and Rosemary Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Trout - pan dressed
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Medium Garlic Cloves - pressed
  • 4 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Lemon - quartered


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Trout with Garlic and Rosemary Recipe Instructions:

  • Wash trout inside and out and pat dry.
     

  • Rub olive oil over the inside and outside of the trout. Crush one clove of garlic and place inside cavity of each trout then place one sprig of rosemary inside each.
     

  • Place trout over medium-hot fire and grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
     

  • Serve and garnish with lemon wedges.
