Trout with Tabasco Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Trout - about 1 lb each
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons melted Margarine
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Trout with Tabasco Sauce Recipe Instructions:Put lemon juice, margarine, oil, parsley, sesame seeds, Tabasco sauce, ginger and salt mix together in a shallow dish and mix well. Pierce skin several times with a fork. Roll fish in mixture to coat inside and out then cover. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove trout from marinade and save the marinade. Place trout in hand-held hinged grill then brush them with reserved marinade. Cook around 4 inch from hot coals for 5 minutes then turn brush with marinade and cook further for 5 minutes. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Serve and garnish with Tabasco sauce.
