| Trout Wrap Recipe | Trout Wrap Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Trout - rinsed, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons Margarine
- 2 Tomatoes - peeled, seeded, finely chopped
- 1 Zucchini - cubed
- 1 Clove Garlic - finely minced
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- rind of 1 Lemon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme

| Trout Wrap Recipe Instructions:Use margarine to grease 4 sheets of foil and place trout's onto foil. Divide equally on each trout chopped tomatoes, zucchini cubes, minced garlic, lemon juice and lemon rind. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with thyme. Wrap each trout tightly. Barbecue the wrapped trout's over medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes. Fish is cooked when flesh no longer appears translucent and is not pink along its spine.
