Mahi Tuna Recipe

Mahi Tuna Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 Mahi Tuna Steaks
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Green Onion - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Orange Juice


Time: 25 min
Serves: 3

Mahi Tuna Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
     

  • Place chopped onion and Italian seasoning in small bowl and stir till mixed.
     

  • Put oil in 13x9 pan and place in oven for 3 min.
     

  • Place onion mixture in pan then put tuna on top of onions and drizzle orange juice on tuna.
     

  • Cook in oven for 5 min turn over tuna steaks and drizzle more orange juice over them.
     

  • Cook 5 min for medium or 10 min for well done.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
