Seared Tuna Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Ahi Tuna Steaks - about 6oz each, 1 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- coarsely Ground Black Pepper

Seared Tuna Recipe Instructions:Rinse fish and pat dry. Coat both sides of steaks with olive oil and sprinkle all over with salt and pepper. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add tuna and cook, turning once, until opaque on both sides but still pink in the center 4 to 6 minutes in total. Transfer steaks to plates and serve immediately.
