Tuna Cake Recipe

Tuna Cake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cans Tuna - drained
  • 1 packet Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Relish
  • 3/4 cup Water


Time: 40 min
Cakes: 12

Tuna Cake Recipe Instructions:

  • Mix tuna, stuffing, cheese, carrots, miracle whip, relish and water in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 10 min.
     

  • Heat skillet to medium heat.
     

  • Scoop tuna mixture, using ice cream scoop into skillet in batches flatten cakes using spatula.
     

  • Cook 3min on each side or until they're golden on both sides.
