Tuna Patty Recipe Ingredients:- 1 can 7oz Tuna - drained and flaked
1/2 cup Quaker Oats - quick, uncooked - 1/3 cup shredded Carrots
- 1 Egg - beaten
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Onion - sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper - to taste
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 American Cheese Slice
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4

Tuna Patty Recipe Instructions:Combine all ingredients except oil and cheese, mix well. Shape to form 4 patties. Brown in oil in 12 inch skillet over med-high heat until golden brown. Turn, continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes, placing cheese triangle on each pattie during last 2 minutes of cooking.
