Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 can 6oz can Tuna fish - drained and add a teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 purple Onion - chopped finely
  • 1 Celery Stalk - chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • juice of Half a Lemon
  • Pinch of Dill
  • 2 tablespoons minced Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Lettuce
  • sliced Tomatoes
  • slices of French Bread - lightly toasted


Time: 5 min
Serves: 2

Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe Instructions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients.
     

  • Serve on toast with lettuce and tomatoes.
