Yellowfin Tuna Recipe

Yellowfin Tuna Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1½ lb Florida Tuna Steaks - 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Florida Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley - chopped


Time: 15 min
Serves: 6

Yellowfin Tuna Recipe Instructions:

  • Place tuna in a microwave-safe dish.
     

  • Mix together next 4 ingredients and drizzle evenly over tuna.
     

  • Cook in a microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.
     

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley; allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
