Fried White Bait with Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 10 White Bait
- 1 Egg - beaten
- 1/2 cup Flour
For The Sauce: - 1/2 Onion - diced and sweated
- 1 Clove Garlic - crushed
- 1 tin Tomatoes - chopped roughly
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Oil

Fried White Bait with Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe Instructions:Place the saucepan over a medium heat and add a olive oil. Then add the onions and garlic, cover and leave to sweat for about two minutes. Take off the lid and add the tomatoes, paprika and season. Leave for a further five minutes. Meanwhile, coat the white bait in egg and flour, fry rapidly in hot oil. Serve with the sauce drizzled over.
