Whitebait Deauville Recipe

Whitebait Deauville Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Whitebait
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
  • 25g Butter
  • Lemon Wedge


Time: 10 min
Serves: 1

Whitebait Deauville Recipe Instructions:

  • Drain the whitebait and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
     

  • Heat butter in a small frying pan. Add whitebait all at once and cook turning constantly for about 1 minute.
     

  • Pile onto a warm plate, and serve with a lemon wedge.
