Whitebait Patties Recipe

Whitebait Patties Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb Whitebait
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Beer
  • Oil - for frying


Time: 15 min
Serves: 2 - 4

Whitebait Patties Recipe Instructions:

  • Beat together all ingredients except for the whitebait. Add the whitebait.
     

  • Drop tablespoons of the mixture into a frypan at a medium heat, adding more oil as needed.
