Recipe for Whiting Fillets

Recipe for Whiting Fillets Ingredients:
  • 8 Whiting Fillets
  • 3/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs - Beaten
  • 1 cup Dried Breadcrumbs
  • 60g Butter


Time: 35 min
Serves: 4

Recipe for Whiting Fillets Instructions:

  • Dredge fillets in flour, then dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Place fillets on a plate lined with plastic food wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
     

  • Melt butter in a large frying pan and cook fillets over a medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes each side or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork.
     

  • Serve with a mixed salad with your favorite dressing.
